We believe support professionals, educators, administrators, and schools are key partners in advancing our shared mission: to ensure all students succeed in school. To strengthen this collaboration, we provide these partners with small grants to close the opportunity gap, enhance educational opportunities for students and staff, and tap the talent and diversity in the MCPS community.
